All our products are custom-made just for you when you place an order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or style preferences. Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
Need to update your shipping address or fix a mistake? No problem!
You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request any changes. After that, your order begins processing and cannot be modified.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
Contact us at support@brosoutlet.com within 15 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
⏰ Note: Claims made after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.
If an incorrect address was provided during checkout:
The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
If the error was on our end, we’ll cover all re-shipping fees.
We cannot refund or exchange:
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse.
Orders past the 15-day reporting window.
Orders with incorrect sizes unless the product delivered is different from what was ordered.
