📦 Bros Outlet Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bros Outlet! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

⏱ Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (like holidays or sales), processing may take an extra day or two.

🚚 Shipping Within the USA

We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (4–10 business days): Free on all orders.

📦 Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

🔄 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

🚫 Incorrect Addresses

Make sure your shipping address is correct! If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You’ll be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

  • If the mistake was on our end, we’ll take care of it.

📬 Delivery Issues

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier:

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

  • For any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. However, we are planning to offer this in the future—stay tuned!
